We do through an innovative property inventory app and training so that all your reports are correct and compliant and can be complied in minimal time.

I am passionate about property. This passion brought me into the industry when I was growing up and helped my Father to manage his portfolio.
I have 8 years’ experience in completing professional inventories. Over this time, I have worked with a range of corporate clients, independent letting agents and landlords.
I am accredited by ARLA (Association for Residential and Letting Agents) Inventories and hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
I have been a landlady since 2006 with a mixed property portfolio and I am a member of the National Landlord’s Association. So, I appreciate the trials and tribulations that you go through in letting your properties, especially those that occur at the end of the tenancy.
It is vital that you have a comprehensive inventory and record of check out so you can determine if monies need to be withheld from your tenant’s deposit. These records prevent disputes occurring and provide you with peace of mind. However, you don’t want them to take too much of your valuable time.
Some inventory clerks won’t do student lets due to the time pressures- in most university towns, students check in and out within a 2-week period. This puts considerably strain on inventory clerks when they need to do 200 or more student lets in that period. This requires 20 or more properties to be done every weekday.
Due to this intense demand, I developed an innovative app which would allow inventories and check outs to be thorough and completed within minimal time. Alongside of the app, I have also developed a process which allows inventories to be rapidly done. An app on its own does not speed things up- it is only when combined with a proven process that you realise the efficiency benefits.
I am a much sought after speaker and I am frequently invited to talk at events across the UK. At these events, I share my experiences as a landlady, discuss the importance of inventories and share my hard-won practical experience in this area.
